SYMBIONT Tables: VIVID Design Awards Winner
SYMBIONT announced the 2020 VIVID Design Awards Winner in the Colour Category and an Honourable Mention in the Furniture Category.
The Vibrant Visions in Design (VIVID) Awards are Australia’s longest-running design competition and 2020 marked the 17th anniversary. This industry platform shines a spotlight on Australian emerging furniture, lighting & object designers. VIVID is recognised as an important destination for both the local and international design industry.
The judges said Symbiont was a promising design and the use of colour added to the design potential. They also said it was a clever palette, on point, and would also look great in another material for outside use.
SYMBIONT is a collection of different shaped table tops that can be combined in a variety of combinations, with a variety of leg heights. The tables are all cleverly connected to each other to create a unique and functional piece of furniture. Little Sister is the side table option.
